The characters

Unicode is a public standard. Nobody owns the characters and this site does not claim to.
Copy anything here and use it anywhere, including commercially.

Marks that are not characters

Some things people search for as symbols are not characters at all — a company logo, an
organisation’s emblem, a certification mark. Those are trademarks or designs belonging to
somebody, there is no codepoint to paste, and this site does not reproduce them.

Rendering is not guaranteed

Character support varies by device, operating system and font, and a character that renders
here may arrive as an empty box somewhere else. Where a set is known to be fragile, the page
says so.

Not for impersonation or evasion

Do not use lookalike characters to imitate somebody else’s name, or to write something a
platform’s filters would otherwise catch. Several services treat that as evasion regardless
of intent, and a character chosen because it resembles a letter is not the letter.

Nothing here is advice

The page on copyright and trademark marks describes what those characters are. It is not legal
advice and does not tell you which mark you may use.
